This information is available to Solicitors during the conveyancing process in the sale/purchase of properties and gives confidence to potential Purchasers of the stability of the Management Company.
We will ensure that Management Company Return Forms and Accounts are submitted to Companies House within the required timescale thus avoiding substantial penalties.
We encourage our Clients to allocate funds to a Sinking Fund for large capital expenditure such as redecoration/recarpeting/planting schemes.
As Managing Agent we provide guidance to our Clients but, ultimately, take instruction from the Directors and Shareholders of the Management Company we are appointed to represent.
